Sept 12 - Welcome Fiesta
New and returning students come to the Degheri Alumni Center for the Welcome Week Fiesta, learn about the Torero Network and how to get connected while still a student. Also meet the Student Alumni Association leaders and enjoy free food and fun games!
Oct 13 - Homecoming Picnic and Tailgate
Join alumni, faculty, staff and students for this USD tradition with all-u-can-eat lunch, mechanical bull, face painting, carnival booths hosted by student organizations and more.
Nov 7 - Networking with the Pros
Come meet USD alumni professionals and hear from a networking expert. Learn from the professionals in a casual networking event. Better than career fair! PASSPORT APPROVED. SBA students will receive two passport points and a networking credit.
Nov 26 - Dec 2 Donor Appreciation Week
Dec 8 - Alumni Christmas Reception and Toy Drive
SAA members celebrate the holiday season with alumni at this reception following Mass. Bring a toy to support the SAA toy drive.
Dec 13 - Finals Feeding Frenzy
Alumni volunteers serve up free food the night before finals begin. Front-of-the-line privilege for SAA members. Doors open at 6 PM.

Dining Etiquette Workshop
Learn the dos and don'ts of dining and conversation so that you will feel more comfortable at alumni events. Free and open to General and Core SAA members. A three-course meal is included. Thank you to alumnus Joshua Hamilton ’09 for leading this great workshop!
Scholarship Appreciation Day
Students show appreciation for alumni who support scholarships by signing a jumbo thank you card which is displayed at alumni events throughout the year.

Network with successful USD alumni at this networking luncheon and reception. Priority registration for SAA members.

How to Network Workshops – available to student organizations
Student Alumni Association members will conduct a 30 minute training about HOW TO NETWORK at your next student organization meeting. Refine your networking skills with helpful tips and tools shared by SAA members. We’ll give you tips on how to build your network, how to network at an event, and how to e-network.
